This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you submit the estimate form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, how you heard about us and any project details you write. We also record the page the form was submitted from and the time of submission.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information.

Spam prevention

To limit automated submissions, our form uses a hidden field and limits how often the same visitor can submit.

OpenAI ad measurement (opt-in)

We may advertise in ChatGPT. Only if you choose "Allow" in the ad measurement notice, our site loads OpenAI's Measurement Pixel and tells OpenAI (the recipient) when a roof replacement estimate request is successfully submitted, plus phone-link clicks as a separate signal. The purpose is measuring and improving the performance of our ads. We send a random event ID and the event type only, never your name, email, phone number, address or project details, and we do not send hashed versions of them. The pixel may use ad click identifiers in the page address and its own browser storage.

We store your choice, when you made it and the notice version in your browser. You can change or withdraw it at any time with "Ad measurement settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawal stops future measurement immediately. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, OpenAI ad measurement stays off. Our other analytics and Google advertising tags are described separately and are not affected by this choice.
